We had clear thoughts on what good food is when we started Mitts in 2019. We want it to be sustainable, comforting and highly enjoyable too. In the last few years we perfected our menu, creating balance between our fascination for pure tastes and the classic inspiration from the Middle East. Our kitchen only uses fresh and high quality ingredients, 85 % of which is certified organic. Together with our wide variation of cocktails and biological wines, we aim to create an experience that serves both soul and stomach.
